### The Urban Haven - A serene city retreat, a lovely garden, close to trendy cafes.

Situated in the inner suburbs of Auckland, "The Urban Haven" will surprise and delight with its private, serene atmosphere in a compact, luxury environment. Step through the living room French doors into a stunning garden cocooned by manicured hedges. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck at sunset before dining at the large outdoor table. Or venture out to the myriad of cafes, bars and restaurants only minutes away in Ponsonby Road. You will be spoilt for choice.  
Living Spaces  
Your holiday home consists of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. The lounge opens through French doors to the entertainer’s garden while both bedrooms boast wall to wall windows overlooking the garden. Private parking is available on the property.  
Lounge  
The lounge has a modern linen sofa, two stylish armchairs, a coffee table and a Google television etc. For dining indoors, there is a fold out table with four chairs, which are neatly enclosed in the table cupboard.  
Kitchen  
The kitchen is compact but contains everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal – fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and also includes a Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are supplied.  
Bedroom 1  
This fresh, light-filled bedroom with large, wall to wall windows has a queen bed, bedside tables, bed lamps, a velvet bench for your luggage, full-length mirror and ample built-in wardrobe space.  
Bedroom 2  
Another light and airy bedroom with large windows, this has a double bed, bedside tables, bed lamps, a full-length mirror and wardrobe space.  
Bathroom  
The modern, fully-tiled bathroom has an ample vanity, large shower, heated towel rail, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries, etc. A washing machine and dryer are included in this area.  
Outdoor areas  
A large, exquisitely styled deck/garden with exceptional privacy is perfect for your outdoor enjoyment. Dining at the well-sized outdoor table under an expansive umbrella is pure heaven.  
Location  
Located just 10 minutes from central Auckland, and only 5 minutes from the motorway, Saint Marys Bay is minutes from one of the most popular inner Auckland suburbs - Ponsonby. You could spend hours exploring this area with its special boutiques and vibrant nightlife.  
Activities and Attractions  
This is the ultimate location, at the heart of everything - 10 minutes (by car) from Auckland city central and 5 minutes (by car) from trendy Ponsonby Rd. Parking is available on the property. However, a car is unnecessary as public transport will get you wherever you want around the city and the intercity buses will take you further afield.
