The Space: The Quays sits directly above Auckland’s Viaduct, giving the apartment uninterrupted views of the water, marina, and city skyline. Floor-to-ceiling glass keeps the space bright throughout the day, and the balcony brings in the atmosphere of the harbour below. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas form one clear, connected layout. The lounge includes a large cinema screen with reclining seating, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after exploring the city. The dining table seats eight and works well for shared meals or an easy night in. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a wine fridge, generous bench space, and everything needed for simple cooking or entertaining. Sliding doors open to the balcony, making it an easy space to use from morning through evening. Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. The master suite has a super-king bed, views over the marina, and its own private ensuite. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third has a double bed, smaller in size but suitable for families or friends sharing the space. A second full bathroom supports the layout, with clean, modern fittings. Across 136 square metres, the apartment feels spacious, practical, and well suited to work trips, events, or a city break. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this is Auckland at its most connected and cosmopolitan. Getting Around: Getting around couldn’t be easier. Britomart Station is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, offering quick connections to trains, buses, and the Downtown Ferry Terminal for trips to Devonport, Waiheke Island, and other harbour destinations. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available throughout the Viaduct, and secure parking is provided at the property if you’re driving. With everything so close, from the waterfront to the city’s main attractions, it’s easy to explore Auckland on foot. Other Things to Note: Please note that The Quays can accommodate a maximum of six guests. The third bedroom is smaller, featuring a double bed, so we recommend considering this before booking for six people. Check-in must be arranged prior to arrival and completed between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Unfortunately, late check-ins cannot be accommodated. Secure parking is provided for one vehicle. We arrived with Kim meeting us to show us through the amazing apartment, it ticked all the boxes for us as a family, fantastic location and view, beautiful eating places underneath and Woolies is walking distance, great apartment with all the luxuries you need and more. The spacious living room and balcony gave us room to spread out and relax in comfort without being on top of each other (7 of us total when they came to visit). The place is lovely and well appointed and right in the middle of the vibrant waterfront area. There was noise from the restaurants below in the evenings but with double-paned windows it really wasn't bothersome. Our host, Kim was warm, welcoming and super helpful getting us checked in.
