The property is located close to the central city and has a bus stop conveniently located on the street frontage.  Modern well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining table and toilet. Upstairs is a media room and three bedrooms  Please be aware I do leave some clothing and personal effects in the walk-in closet. There’s plenty of space for your use.  The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and generous ensuite while the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine, drier and wash tub.  There two small locked rooms not referred to in description. Five  minutes walk to Grey Lynn village with bars, cafes and restaurants.
