On the doorstep of the beaches and bays of the Mahurangi Peninsula, you’ll feel right at home in this cosy suburban retreat. Welcome to Beachglen!  
  
Select from the books, magazines or board games on offer and relax in the light-filled conservatory, or on the deck with outdoor furniture.  
  
Wander the nearby foreshore and take in the famous Snells Beach sunrise before cooking breakfast on the BBQ or in the kitchen. The open-plan living and dining features comfortable space for the family, with a heat pump and ceiling fan.  
  
Your three-bedroom, one-bathroom accommodation sleeps up to five across three queen beds. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, and laundry facilities.  
  
A garage supplies parking for one car, with space for another in the uncovered turning bay.  
  
Located at the northern end of the suburb of Snells Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to this 2.5km tidal stretch of sand, next to popular spots such as Algies Bay and Brick Bay. Roseville enjoys being just an eight-minutes walk from Snells Beach and local shops.  
  
Fuel yourself with a tasty brekkie at Bayside Café, only a three-minute drive, then spend your days relaxing and swimming at Snells Beach with its golden sand and shallow water perfect for kids. For the more active, paddling around the crystal-clear waters of Kawau Bay will be an absolute treat.  
  
The larger town of Warkworth is seven-minutes' drive. You'll find that the region is just bursting with options that are suitable for the whole family!  
  
With plenty of parks, reserves, and new corners to explore, don’t miss your chance to be welcomed to Roseville!
