Welcome to your city escape! This cozy and stylish unit is located in the heart of the North Shore, in a quiet neighborhood. The space is fully self-contained with a private entrance separate from the main house. It features a full kitchen, a double bedroom, two single sofa beds in the living area, a full bathroom, and a private deck perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV, laundry facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen.  
  
Within a 10-minute drive, you can choose from three beautiful beaches:  
• Long Bay Regional Park – a long sandy beach with native bush remnants, walking tracks, and picnic areas.  
• Browns Bay Beach – a lively spot featuring a sandy beach, a nautical-themed playground, skate park, and picnic facilities.  
• Rothesay Bay Beach – a smaller, peaceful beach with gentle waves and a family-friendly atmosphere.  
  
A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk down the street, offering easy access to the Albany Bus Station—your gateway to destinations all across Auckland. Alternatively, it's about a 30-minute drive to Auckland CBD.

This place was lovely, everything we needed. Its well equipped with everything you might need, from cooking to washing to bed and bathroom. The bedding was lovely and soft and all set up so well with great instructions and little notes to assist. Location was perfect for us close to family but also close to beautiful beaches and good shopping. Thank you for your kindness and lovely place. We felt so at home. Thank you, till next time!

#### Great self contained unit

Beautifully put together, proper kitchen, great blackout blinds. Sunny back terrace setting. Very close to little bays and Brown's Bay nearby with excellent shopping and food. Albany Mall ten minutes away. There is a bit of traffic noise at peak times but does fade out pretty fast. Great host.

We had a lovely stay on the North Shore. Our hosts were very helpful and had great communication.The unit is well set up, warm and has everything you need. The bed is very cosy and comfortable! Our boys slept well on the pull out couch. Highly Recommend!
