However, for the high nightly rate, one would expect beach towels to be provided, especially as this house has a pool. I had already booked the reservation when the host confirmed that beach towels were not provided, so we could not cancel. Our family of 6 does NOT travel internationally with beach towels, especially when paying over $1000/night for a beach rental. There are also no lounge chairs or chaise lounges/sun beds provided on the pool deck. The host assured us that the house would be ready by 2pm check in time, which it was not.
