As expected when booking a room in the heart of the CBD there can be some slight noise pollution from the surrounding venues as of a night however did not pose any real issue during my stay. My biggest recommendation would be to book direct through the "stayltd.co.nz" website as I was not completely satisfied with how the expedia website handled my payment for the stay. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, clubs, shopping, public transport, and the ferry terminal. Convenient location did not have to hire a car. So, if you are in the area to party, it’s perfect.
