The Space: The villa brings together the character of an original Kauri homestead with the comfort of a spacious, coastal retreat. Wraparound covered decks frame the home, creating multiple outdoor spots to sit, read, or watch the tide move across the bay. A porch swing sits along the veranda, a favourite place for guests of all ages to unwind. Outdoor seating areas, a BBQ zone, and an outdoor shower make the property feel connected to the beach in every direction. Inside, the home is warm and welcoming, with timber floors, comfortable furnishings, and wide windows framing the garden and sea beyond.
