Outlets didn’t work. Management was unresponsive and unhelpful. Upon first entering, the property seemed peaceful, clean, and its location was just right for what I needed. However, the furnace did not seem to blow warm air, and so while sleeping, the room got down to 16C. After emailing, no one stopped by to fix it, even though I had approved to enter the unit. In the morning, when I discovered that the outlet was not working in the bathroom, so I could not use the hairdryer again, nobody stopped by to fix it.I use the rental for work so I was only there to sleep and change clothes. Upon check out. I was charged a maintenance fee for a missing vacuum charger that I never saw and definitely never used. Also, I live in the United States and would have no need for a New Zealand style plugged vacuum charger. while the management company did respond to emails, they took no action. ##### Brittanie B.
