At dusk there will be wallabies nibbling the lawn. Sit on the private deck, and look out over Bon Accord Harbour across to the Kawau Boating Club where fellow boaties and islanders will be having a cold beverage or a delicious meal. Walk down the driveway and you can run and jump off a the wharf to cool off or relax on the beach. Afterwards you may decide to walk to Mansion House to the cafe or take a picnic to the Copper Mine and explore. The batch has quite a few of owners things in it and the drive up is very steep so carring baggage and small children is pretty challenging.
