Spread over two levels, the home features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, a semi-ensuite bathroom and access to a sunny deck, perfect for morning coffee with a view. On the ground floor, there’s a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds, along with a second bathroom that includes a bath. An additional toilet adds extra convenience.  
  
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cozy lounge with a Smart TV and board games for relaxed evenings in. Sliding doors open to sun-soaked outdoor decks, where you can enjoy a BBQ and soak up the sea breeze. Three heat pumps throughout the home ensure year-round comfort.  
  
Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this home is just a four-minute stroll down a private path to beautiful Snells Beach, ideal for swimming, walking, or simply unwinding on the sand. The area offers plenty to explore – visit the charming Matakana markets, enjoy wine tasting at nearby vineyards, or take a scenic walk along the Brick Bay Sculpture Trail. Families will love the local playgrounds and safe swimming spots, while nature lovers can explore Tawharanui Regional Park or hop on a boat tour to Kawau Island.
