Island View is perfectly positioned between Oneroa, Palm Beach and Surfdale, offering an unbeatable location and stunning views.  
  
The open-plan kitchen and living area, with its native timber flooring and cosy wood-burner, creates a warm and welcoming hub. Multiple doors open onto a sprawling sun-soaked deck, where you’ll be captivated by panoramic views over Huruhi Bay and the Tamaki Strait. A gas BBQ and alfresco dining setup make summer evenings easy. The partially-fenced garden offers a space for children to play, while the surrounding bush and sea views provide a tranquil retreat to plan your day's adventures.  
   
This charming home has three bedrooms, two with sliding doors that open directly onto the north-facing deck. Both the Master and Queen bedrooms feature top-of-the-line beds from the Sealy Exquisite range, while the bunk room is perfect for kids and there is a port-a-cot available for little ones. A well-appointed bathroom and a separate laundry, complete with a second toilet, make group stays effortless.  
   
Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen—complete with an air fryer, bread maker, and Nespresso coffee machine—ensure a comfortable stay. And with two off-street car parks directly outside, access to the property is easy and hassle-free.  
   
Located in a prime spot on Waiheke Island, with bus stops in both directions just metres from the doorstep, Island View is just minutes away from the pristine sands of Palm Beach and Oneroa Beach, offering endless opportunities for swimming, boating and long beach walks. Visit world-class wineries like Mudbrick and Cable Bay, indulge in Oneroa Village’s vibrant cafés, restaurants, art galleries and boutique shops. Enjoy fish and chips on Oneroa Beach, cocktails at Oyster Inn and artisan gelato as you soak up the island’s charm.  
Please note that the top bunk bed in the third bedroom has a maximum weight limit of 60 kg. A port-a-cot is available for use too, but please note that bedding for the cot is not provided.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
