This is a cosy environment with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Plenty of towels, extra blanket and pillows are available. All windows are double glazed. There is a large living area with the kitchen, lounge/TV and dining room/work space. The apartment is 110 m2 with a balcony ideal to enjoy a drink and look at the sunset. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from close by and all main transport networks are accessible on foot. The living area is an open plan kitchen, lounge / TV and dining room / working area. The kitchen is fully equipped and WIFI Fibre is available everywhere. It is a quiet boutique apartment building in the heart of Auckland CBD.
