Nestled in the serene Wynyard Quarter, our quiet residential building offers an ideal retreat while keeping you close to the city\`s vibrant attractions. Enjoy a peaceful stay just a short walk away from some of the best cafes and restaurants in the area. Take a leisurely walk or hop on a scooter to explore Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park. Here, you\`ll find a delightful mix of cafes, bars, a fish market, and even a basketball court and playground for children. Or hop aboard the Auckland Dockline Tram and enjoy a 1.5 km circular tour around Wynyard Quarter with a short commentary provided by the Tram Driver along the way (tickets cost $1 - $2). For getting around the city, we recommend using Uber. They are affordable and efficient, particularly for trips within the central business district. If we detect any signs of smoking, including odors or residue, additional cleaning fees may apply, and these charges will be billed to your account. Liability Disclaimer: The property owner or Stay Luxe is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest\`s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay.
