The open-plan dining and living area, a floor-to-ceiling sliding door with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, a super comfy bed with quality linens, contemporary furniture, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and private laundry facilities make it perfect for both travel and business trips. The Space: We not only offer warm and comfortable accommodation for your journey but also provide you with a personal travel assistant from a third party. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, there is everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware. In the living and dining area, a floor-to-ceiling sliding door provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax. There is a comfortable 2-seater sofa, a 43-inch smart TV, Freeview channels, free unlimited fibre WiFi and a dining table with chairs. Deluxe comfortable bed. Each apartment has high-quality, hotel-standard linens, towels, and blankets. We also prepare an iron and ironing board/steamer iron and cloth hangers for the guests. The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There are also a private in-unit washing machine and dryer. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook a meal. We also prepare tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil. Guest Access: Guests have the whole apartment and access to the In-Building Pool, Gym and Sauna on level 1. There's also an open-air backyard for the guest to chill and relax. The Neighborhood: Vincent street is a very quiet and peaceful street, but also close to the centre, the SKytower, Queen Street and the famous K Road (with plenty of artistic and unique restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment​ is minutes away from the Skytower, Queen Street, Britomart, Waterfront, and Univerisity of Auckland. A mix of culture, art, and fashion, from experimental designer boutiques to galleries, is within walking distance. Getting Around: The apartment is in the Auckland city center. Therefore, walking will be the easiest way and most cost-efficient way to get around. This apartment is in walking distance to everything: • Restaurants, bars, and supermarket • Queen Street • Commercial Bay Shopping Centre and Restaurants • Auckland Art Gallery • Albert Park • The famous K ROAD • Auckland Museum and Auckland Domain • Britomart Train Station • Auckland Public Library • Viaduct Harbour • Bars on Karangahape Road • Ferries to Rangitoto, Waiheke, and Devonport. We have limited on-site parking for rent in the apartment building (there are only a few spots, so we only take advance bookings if they are still available). The cost is $25 per day. 2\. STREET PARKING \-Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 0-2 hours :$ 4 per hour, 2 hours+: $7 per additional hour \-Weekends and public holidays 8 am - 6 pm 0-2 hours :$ 2.50 per hour, 2 hours+: $4 per additional hour \-Overnight: 6pm - 8am $2 per hour 3\. Wilson Parking (89 Greys Avenue, 3mins walk from the apartment) Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours. 4\. Civic Car Park (299 Queen Street, 5mins walk from the apartment). 5\. Grand Millennium Parking with Parkable APP (71 Mayoral Drive, 2 mins walk from the apartment) 7 days available - $3.50 per hour or $16 max per 24 hours. The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage.
