Booked a 2-bedroom apartment, received a 1-bedroom studio. Check-in was 3:00 PM but access wasn’t given until 4:00 PM. The property was dirty, communication was poor, and the bed sheets looked used. We were also charged a $100 key deposit, which was returned 20 days after checkout. Completely unacceptable. Get to the day before and ask for access details, get nothing back.Comes the day of and I am asking again for access details, then get asked if we can check in an hour later than agreed. This was okay.Gets to check in time, we arrive and there is no one in sight, no access details received still.We wait 35mins constantly messaging her with no avail. Had to rush to find alternative accommodation in a fully booked city and pay another 350 for another room.Finally I receive a call at 5pm from her stating they had “power” issues. Unsure how this affects cell coverage to make a call.Would definitely not recommend. Place itself looked unfinished anyway. Smells like a scam. ##### Jenna P. When I asked her how they could cancel the booking she took a long time to reply and all she said was she was too busy to respond as she was dealing with another customer, she gave no reason why our booking was cancelled.
