Welcome to Bay Haven, a newly renovated haven just a short stroll from beautiful Palm Beach. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, immaculate home designed for effortless Waiheke living. With sun-soaked decks on both sides, this is the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the island’s vineyards, beaches, and trails.  
  
The Space:  
  
The north-facing deck captures all-day sun — ideal for lazy breakfasts or an evening glass of local wine — while the sheltered back deck and garden feature a cozy outdoor fireplace for cooler nights under the stars.  
  
Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each with blackout curtains and plush bedding for a restful sleep. The luxe bathroom includes a double shower and vanity, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.  
  
Enjoy subtle sea views on the horizon and the peaceful sounds of the island around you. You’re just a 10-minute walk to the Palm Beach Store and beach, with easy access to bus routes connecting you to the ferry terminal and Waiheke’s renowned vineyards.  
  
Private parking is available. Please note, the property is accessed via an external staircase and is not wheelchair accessible.
