The main level is centred around an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the bay and keeps the space bright and connected to the outdoors throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals at home, the dining table seats the group comfortably, and the lounge works well for board games, family dinners, or winding down in the evenings. Also on this level is one queen bedroom and a full bathroom, along with a second, separate lounge that includes a double sofa bed. Akito Café is known for its modern, plant focused breakfast menu and consistently good coffee, while Wai Kitchen is a popular choice for brunch and daytime plates with views across Oneroa Bay.
