Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home with sandy beach, boat house, large decks, picnic areas with tables, chairs, BBQ grills, fire pit, and children’s swing set. Ideally located near restaurants, stores, and a short 30 minute drive to Auburn! If you are looking for the perfect getaway for yourself and your family, then look no further! This beauty has a rec room with an Air Hockey Table and huge flat screen TV. Sleeps 14 guests. Offering a prime location just 25 miles from Auburn University and a gorgeous view of Lake Martin. The house is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers incredible views of the lake from the living area, kitchen and massive deck. Our kitchen is fully stocked. In the dining room is a custom-built farm table that comfortably seats 12 guests. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin over double bunkbeds. Queen size futon is in the rec room (linens are in the closet). Relax lakeside on your own large deck, on the dock, the sandy beach or in the massive 1,600 square foot boathouse and covered pavilion watching the family enjoy the lake. With spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise you will find ample space for you and your family to enjoy all Lake Martin has to offer. And there is plenty of lawn chairs and outside furniture. My husband, daughter and all of our parents stayed in this wonderful home for AU graduation weekend! We all loved it! The house is super clean, spacious, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful view of the lake. We had never been to Lake Martin and it did not disappoint! The home's host, Marian, was the BEST to work with, couldn't have been nicer. The drive is easy to Auburn University, about a 35-40 minute drive. She gave us directions to various spots. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family experience. There was a boat there we could rent for a fee but opted for a driver and toured the lovely homes on the lake. We will be back. ##### Alyce G. From the time we arrived until the time we checked out, the owner was very helpful! Her and her husband are very nice people and make sure you and your family are taken care of. My son was pulling his kayak down to the water by himself and she asked him if he needed help, and she brought it down to meet me for him! We will be back and when we do, this will be where we will always go to! Their property is also in the most convenient and kid friendly area. ##### Brittney O. The house was spacious and kid friendly. Close to gas stations and little markets. Owners were very nice and went out of their way to take care of any issues we had. The sheets on the beds were really soft and so were the beds which is a plus for me. Very nice atmosphere to just hang out and relax. Our family rented the two larger homes. We had family come in from 9 different states! We took advantage of the pontoon rental, the grills, the corn hike, the canoes and kayaks, and pavilion down on the lake. It was a perfect set up for a perfect weekend. Owner is very accessible. Jun 3, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Memorial Day Weekend The house was new and very nice. Clean, nicely decorated, very functional. Worked well for our family. Problem was that it is not lake front, only one of the 4 houses would be considered lake front, and the dock is shared with the other 3 houses on the property meaning that you are using the facilities with 3 other families at the same time. The pictures suggest otherwise and no mention is made that the boat house is shared. There are 4 houses on this small peninsula of land which are close together so there isn’t any privacy for any of them. We expected that we would have the boat house to ourselves as did the other families that were there so everyone was disappointed in that. With 4 families coming and going, cars, trailers, boats, water toys etc would get very busy, congested and possibly unsafe for kids wanting to swim around the dock. The owners are very friendly and helpful but the proximity of other houses/people, and having to share the boat house would make it unsatisfactory for us to rent again. We didn’t know this the first time. The property doesn’t have ramp access. That is done at a resort a few miles away. It worked fine but not as convenient as on the property. If you had a huge family that could fill 4 houses this would be great. ##### Bryan H.
