This is stated, it was a game weekend and we were aware but I am a heavy sleeper and still woke up to music that seemed to get louder around 1am. The place was clean. We wanted to stay in the middle of everything and this place is definitely that! Location was amazing. We were there on Halloween night as well as Daylight Savings so we got to see the best of the best from a party perspective. No question the bars are loud but my whole family sleeps soundly and we had no issues going and staying asleep. If you are a lite sleeper you will want noise cancelling or white noise but if you sleep soundly and want to stay in the middle of the action, this place works great! ##### Trey C. Happy Repeater Guest :) This is my 4th time staying. I love the proximity to campus and restaurants.
