Prime location for all of Auburn's academic and sporting events as it sits across from campus. The balcony overlooks Auburn University and has a view of the football stadium and Jumbotron. Excellently furnished throughout and clean. Premium finishes include hardwood and tile floors and granite counter tops. Open floor plan in the kitchen and sitting area ensures quality time with friends and family. The den has a large flat screen TV and speakers with Bluetooth technology. Kitchen comes fully equipped to handle all your needs and even has a separate icemaker. More than 6 people can dine in the kitchen bar and pub sitting area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs and walk-in closets. Two bedrooms include queen beds while the master bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
