Room and property was very dirty. Several vital items broken and non-functioning in room. Staff made us walk around the outside of the building to access our room instead of allowing us to use the lobby (they had their personal belongings strowed all over the lobby).

The property was not worth my money. The room walls were dirty, baseboards and the shower curtain. The room has a smell and the AC unit look like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The property is poorly maintained and represents nothing like the pictures.

We were very disappointed upon arrival to the property. The look of it was nothing like the picture depicted on Expedia’s website. We received the run around from the front desk concerning a cancellation and receiving a refund. Spokespersons for Expedia supported the front desk’s position. After much time and agony, we were offered $25 to a $100 on another hotel reservation on the future. Why?! I had to call Expedia twice to no resolve from the spokespersons. It was a nightmare.

This property is less than inviting from the parking lot to the check in process. We had our fingers crossed the room would be decent. NOT EVEN CLOSE to acceptable. We never took shoes off or showered. This room was filthy! What I’m hopefully assuming was good stick to walls, bathroom floors and walls looked worse than a service station, dust and mold in vents on ac system, water spots in bathroom. Manager “unavailable” to speak with. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!

We’ve had to prepare ourselves for game day experiences at multiple facilities around the area so, we prepared ourselves for the worst. But, surprisingly this was not the worst place we’ve seen. So if you are looking for a quick place to sleep after a game and not looking for a 4 or 5 star facility, then we would recommend this place, especially last minute when everything is booked up. The young lady at the front desk as we checked in @ midnight after a night game was pleasant to deal with.

Ok place. Good location.
It was a decent place. Nothing either good or bad to say about it. For $120, it's about what you might expect. Everything was clean and in order. The only negative thing I could say is to tell housekeeping to dial back on the room 'air freshener'......it was a bit overwhelming when we first got there, but we turned on the fan and were gone for a few hours and when we came back, it was ok. We would stay there again.

This place is simply terrible. I’ve stayed in some low cost “budget” hotels before, but this one takes the cake. Very impersonal, rude staff, unclean room. The floors are wood laminate and our room was sticky. The comforter had three huge “greasy” spots right in the middle of the bed. Impossible for staff to miss. The chair in our room had good remnants on it. Shower curtain about to fall of the wall. It was pathetic! Thankful we brought bedroom slippers (in anticipation of potential problems). This was a last resort option for parents weekend in Auburn. Mark my words, we will NEVER set foot on this property again. BE WARNED! Oh, and I had to pay $289 per night. What a joke!

The location is horrible! Stop light at motel. Semi trucks stopping & taking off!! Terrible noise continually!!

When I checked in it was nothing like the on site picture. It is a motel not a hotel it was 18 degrees and the dump had no heat. So I went back to the office and told her and she said that it was supposed to be fixed. Then I check my bank account and they put a 90.00 charge on my bill. I called back the next morning to ask and she said she would find out but it’s still no credit to my accounts and no phone call back to explain why they are still charging me when the room had no heat and snelled like a trash dumpster.it I paid extra for insurance so I still should not have been charged when it was impossible to stay there.

It Works For a Few Days
I needed a last minute place to stay and the price was in budget. This hotel needs many updates and there was mold in the bathtub, hairs all over the bathroom, toilet tissue covering up holes, and pieces of the wall coming off. I did not see any bugs as I read in previous reviews. The breakfast was pastries and a variety of oatmeal packets and juice. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

We had three people in the room and they only brought two towels. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The breakfast was prepakaged and they were out of lids for the coffee cups. The staff were nice and there was plenty of parking.
