"Was in Syracuse for a concert at JMA Wireless Dome, just needed a basic but clean and convenient place to crash. This was perfect. Left the car in the lot out front and ten minute Uber to downtown, staff was very friendly during check-in/out, room was very clean, hotel was quiet and safe, breakfast looked like nothing special but we weren't choosing this hotel for the breakfast. Met or exceeded all expectations."

"I stayed for one night and it was good to relax in a comfy bed. The room was nice. The only thing I would change is the lighting and how the bed was positioned other than that it was a good stay. I love the complementary breakfast. You can request to have them make your own omelet or eggs. The staff is friendly over here. "
