The location is easy walk to campus. Not much else in the area as it is residential but perfect for what we needed. The place is quiet (except for upstairs neighbors who may have been renting as well) but neighborhood is quiet and we heard no sirens! The couch is huge so great for TV watching or hanging. Big ottoman that could be used as game table. There is 4-person heavy dining room table great for card playing or of course eating.The beds are not quite queen… sort of mixture of full and almost queen. They were cozy with two.The kitchen is not fully stocked per description. We offered suggestions to host. We like to cook in so that may not even be an issue for most renters who prefer dining out. Everything from the constant communication from the owners to the cleanliness and location of the property. Easy parking to load our things in and out of the unit. Was very quiet and so clean. We did need to go to the Auburn campus often during our stay, it was an easy quick drive (1 mile to the pool and football stadium) and honestly we would have walked if it wasn’t so hot. Would highly recommend this place, it is a model example of how all VRBO’s should be run. If we are ever back at Auburn we will definitely stay here again. ##### Jen M.
