This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit. Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry! BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival! Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful. The porch was great to have. Renters should be aware that the extra day bed is actually in the family room, not in the bedroom upstairs as the listing describes and there are train tracks behind the complex. Sound machines are provided, but some of our group woke up 3-4 times a night. We recommend you bring earplugs. ##### Jessica D.
