Second floor access is easy with multiple staircases. Washer and dryer in unit are provided. The main bedroom features en suite, flat screen television, king bed, and room darkening shades. The balcony patio is newly outfitted with chairs and is ready to help you unwind after a long day of travel. Enjoy a brand new rental managed by Auburn's largest and premier Short Term Rental company, Magnolia Linen Company. Seasoned STR management means all of your questions will be answered quickly and every detail has been seen to. The complex has a beautiful pool our guests are welcome to enjoy. All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period. Please note this unit does not allow pets. Please note this unit offers one parking space. Clean and very well decorated. Had everything I needed for a 3 night stay! Had issues with the digital lock and the property manger sent a locksmith within minutes. Happened again the next night at 10:45pm and she came personally to help me. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the lock It was my own error(I was long pressing the unlock button instead of taping it) smh. She was kind and understanding.
