"We did not stay here because the house ended up being double booked and our group was bumped. The host did confirm our stay when I booked 3 months ago, but I didn't receive check in instructions. I messaged them the morning that our group was arriving, no response, so I called and the host informed me that they had double booked the house on accident. The next 3 hours with VRBO support while stuck at the airport was absolutely miserable. I do sincerely thank Jeannet for his willingness to help...
