\- No diving or jumping off the rocks as the pool is shallow (4ft to 5.5ft deep).  
\- No climbing, walking or jumping off the waterfalls as the rocks may come loose. If this happens we have the right to charge the guests for the full price of repairs.  
\- No events, parties, or large gatherings  
\- No disturbing neighbors  
\- No loud noise or music past 10pm  
\- Please keep the balcony locked at all times if you have small children and do not allow them to be there unsupervised.  
\- Additional fees and taxes may apply for additional guests not included in your reservation

Pool Rules: After 10PM quiet hrs. Kids supervised at all times. No glass/alcohol. No diving/running. Pool is shallow. Use pool towels. Avoid storms.

Outdoor kid's play set: kids need to be supervised at all times. Owner and management are not responsible for any accidents.

No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property and outside w/n 10ft. $1,000 fine plus any damages caused will be guests full responsibility.
