Le Querce, a cosy and rustic single-family house surrounded by trees and meadows, offers a tranquil vacation rental in the countryside. With a beautiful, well-kept garden spanning 700 square meters, a courtyard, and an above-ground swimming pool (4.3 meters in diameter and 1.15 meters deep, available seasonally from May 30 to September 12), it provides a serene escape. The property boasts amenities such as Internet WiFi, a yard, and parking on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the serene outdoor spaces of Le Querce. Enjoy the private, fenced garden with its lush lawn and wildlife garden, perfect for relaxation. Take a refreshing dip in the above-ground swimming pool, complete with an outdoor shower. Challenge your friends or family to a game of table tennis, or let the owner/gardener handle the pool maintenance. The property also offers a basketball basket and a dog pool for added enjoyment.

Le Querce is conveniently located 10 kilometers from the center of Atri, 22 kilometers from the center of Pineto, and 20 kilometers from the center of Roseto degli Abruzzi. The house is situated on a slope, 18 kilometers from the sea, in the countryside of Cellino Attanasio, Italy. The access to the house is a 150-meter-long bumpy motor road. Groups of teenagers are welcomed upon request, and local farm products are available for purchase.

While staying at Le Querce, explore nearby attractions. The sandy beach of Pineto is just 20 kilometers away, while the pebble beach of Scerne is a mere 18 kilometers from the property. Roseto degli Abruzzi railway station is located 22 kilometers away, providing convenient transportation options. Shops are available within a 6-kilometer radius, and a supermarket can be found 10 kilometers from the vacation rental.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room house that spans over 180 square meters and two levels. The rustic furnishings include a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV, leading out to the garden. There is one room with a double bed on the ground floor. The ground floor kitchen features an oven, 4 gas rings, a microwave, and a freezer, along with a dining table and nook. There is also a shower and toilet on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you'll find a room with a double bed and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony. Another room has a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and a third room has two beds. The upstairs kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 6 gas rings, a kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a dining table, as well as a Scandinavian wood stove, with access to the garden. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this level.

Your vacation rental comes with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations, a fireplace (open-hearth), heating (gas), a microwave, and a television.
