"An extremely well-run boutique hotel in an amazing location. 5 mins from Plaza Mayor and Opera house. 10 min to Palace and many excellent shops and cafes all around. Well deserving 9/10 or better rating. Regarding the occasional comment about taxis not delivering you to front door, from what I saw, the hotel fronts onto a pedestrian-friendly street and blocked to car traffic at certain times, so taxis must sometimes drop you off or pick up just around the corner - 1 minute walk. Not a big deal. However, hotel signage is not very prominent and entry looks a bit like a cafe at first glance - so can be easy to miss."
