Good bargain
Overall, a very nice room. Great check-in. Two issues: the toilet sometimes continued to run and we had to flick the chain inside the tank. And the heater was very noisy when it was running. But a good room for a reasonable price.

We stay here every visit to Iowa
We stay here every time we come visit family. They are always so kind and the breakfast is good. The pool is a big one and the kids love it.

staff was friendly and helpful. In town for my Mom's funeral and needed to print a speech. I emailed to front desk, and they did it immediately. Then I realized it was too small of print, so had to correct and send again. They quickly and courteously did it again!

Very nice. Exception… not 1 handlebar in bathtub/ shower! I’m too old to try to do a bath or shower without thinking safety.

Iowa is a pretty state
We only stayed one night. It was a long trip. This hotel was not memorable but I have no complaints. Iowa is a pretty state !

Our room was clean and met our needs and the price was very reasonable for the room and breakfast. The only issue was that the toilet in our room ran 24/7, literally the tank would leak into the bowl and then refill the tank about every 15 minutes. The first night we were exhausted and thought it was neighboring rooms with people taking showers. The second night I figured it out and turned off the water valve before we went to bed. We told the front desk on checkout and they were very appreciative. Will stay there again.

The hotel was quiet and clean. An outside door didn't lock all the way so it was easy to get into the building which could be a safety issue. All in all, it was a very pleasant place.

Our stay was so enjoyable. My grandkids loved the pool and how close we were to their favorite fast-food places. The staff were so friendly and loved my dogs, and my dogs loved them. The place was quiet in spite of it being on a main highway in town. I would definitely stay here again.
