Let’s keep the beach at the beach! Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
