Upon arival, they said my reservation was canceled. The rude check in lady found a room for us, said the were booked. (In April, yeah right) It had dirty towels in the bathroom, 3 full garbage cans, & the bed looked like someone was lying in it recently and it was next to the service elevator. Called the fron desk which is not easy. You are routed to some type of call center 1st. They promised housekeeping would be up to clean room. Also offered a $50 meal & beverage credit to the room. The lady came and said her shift is over she just wanted to see what was going on & left. Said they will have to give us another room. Called front desk again, same process. Finally got some at the front desk. Told them what happened. Did not feel bad at all. I stated wanted a refund. Was told to go to the front desk. A nice front desk guy miraculously found us a room, stated it was an uograde. It was actually the room i originally booked. All this happened between 11pm & 1am. We took the room due to being tired after a 3 hour drive. Needless to say. Customer service is sub par, housekeeping was rude, as well as front desk lady. We were unable to use the $50 meal credit because it was not transferred to the new room & of course they could not find anything about it.
