The Space: \*\*This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Each condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 2,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
