Location Location Location!

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good and included from 7:30am-9:30am, was disappointed I slept too late and missed last day there on a two night stay. Parking was close and inexpensive, only $10 cash per day needed to be paid upon check in. Complimentary tooth brush at front desk for the forgotten. Fridge in room was bigger than expected. Outdoor pool closes after Labor day. Walking distance to Tropicana, location was perfect.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is close to the beach but that's all it has going for it. The rooms have stains on the walls and curtains. The sheets in my bed were inside out. House keeping pulled new sheets out of a 30 gallon trash bag that weren't folded. I was unable to use the wifi the whole stay. The elevator was very small and loud. They offer breakfast but it wasn't worth waiting for. I wouldn't stay there again.

I Sickening Stay

Posted 18-Sep-2016
I got sick during my stay because of the annoying smell of the air freshener. No utensils available in the hotel. And the manager charged me an extra 50$ on my bill which was really questionable. I demand an explanation for the extra 50$. I will never check in this hotel again

Staff Needs Hospitality Training

Posted 18-Sep-2016
Pros: Location.
Cons: Staffs customer service.
Location: Close to boardwalk and the beach.
The stay would have been much more enjoyable if it weren't for the staff. Of the "management" staff the women were rude and the men were REALLY rude. The only smiles came from the cleaning staff. Questions were answered in clipped voices, no attempt was made to help with even the smallest request;even parking instructions were given as if a rule had been broken. They all seemed to be of Indian decent with thick accents and were hard to understand. The room was clean, towels thin and worn, the elevator could only hold 4 medium sized adults. Even the "free" breakfast left much to be desired. They offered some strange looking cereal, yogurt, green bananas, greasy sausage links with very bad coffee. The menu was the same for the whole stay.

Fair deal for the price you pay

Posted 4-Sep-2016
Pros: affordable price, close to the beach, family friendly Cons: breakfast has no variety - if you stay longer than 3 days, you will be fed up eating the same breakfast. My son dropped a toy on the floor, and when I was looking for it under the bed I discovered a lot of dust and dirt. But it looks clean on the surface.
