Feel the breeze as you enjoy the calming sound of surf and the ocean views from the upper deck. After sunrise yoga on the beach, walk along the ocean with your morning Nespresso. This home has everything you need. Just bring your bathing suit! Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2200 sq. ft. of open concept living with plenty of space to spread out. Dine inside or out, serve meals with ease in our large chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. Or for the outdoor chef, the 6-burner stainless steel grill awaits. There is plenty of room for lounging, al fresco dining or just a little quiet time. The setup is convenient with kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and laundry on first floor, providing easy access for guests who have difficulty navigating steps. The upper level boasts a large bedroom with master bath, entertainment area with vaulted ceiling, wet bar and large deck with ocean views. Traveling with children? People were incredibly friendly. Wish the weather had been a little more cooperative but we will definitely come back. Our dogs loved being there and Chris thought of everything. We had another awesome week at the Seagate. It’s a beautiful property in a great location and all you have to do is unpack. This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location is in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood on the north end of the island- 2 houses from the beach! The owners were extremely responsive - even sending us a PDF of the oven we were initially confused by how to operate. There were even food and water bowls provided for dogs. The Seagate offered a beautiful space for us to relax, unwind, and celebrate together. The close location to the beach was just what I was looking for and the layout of the home was perfect for us to all be in the same room together OR separately if someone needed a little space to themselves. We had a wonderful time at Chris and family's home in the Garden area of Ocean City! Chris was great to communicate with me before and during our visit. The house is lovely, and the beds very comfortable. My daughter needed a table to work on from the house. Chris bought one and had it delivered to the house. We cooked most of our meals there. My husband grilled on Chris' nice gas grill. The location was great! It was right down the street from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. ##### Candace D. Our family (and pup) had the best stay. We loved having two floors to spread out and the bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed eating dinner on the upper deck with the ocean in our site. The neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful. We loved riding the bikes to the beach and the boardwalk. It really worked for our family. The neighborhood is lovely and the location is steps from the beach. Check-in was a breeze. We struggled on how to get the oven to work (imported brand?) but a quick google search had us on our way. Trash from previous renters was still in the garage, but we took it to the curb on pick-up day. No problem. Appreciated the miscellaneous items in the closet (like tape, etc) and added some to it for others. Of five different high-end OC rentals, this was the first and only one with a clean washing machine! No mold, yay!Thank you, we hope to return again. ##### Jill B. When I walked into the house and looked around, I had a huge smile on my face. The house was perfect for my family, which included myself, children, spouses, grandson and a dog. Well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, expansive upstairs with large TV, deck where you can actually SEE the ocean and hear the waves. We enjoyed the beach, long walks through what may be the loveliest section of OCNJ, the boardwalk, bike rides, burgers on the grill and of course fudge :-).
