It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. How can that be if room was cleaned and cleared for occupancy?! Assigned us a new room. Kitchen cabinet door almost fell off was only held by one bracket, internet went in and out through out our stay so couldn't watch tv either. The bed slats fell off the bed while laying in it and mattress fell through the frame to the floor. The kitchen chair leg broke when I sat on it. The set was very poorly made. Our room was at the front of the hotel so we had to walk through the entire hotel to get to the boardwalk. The arcade was such a ripoff 1/2 the machines were broken. Food was very expensive.
