(The property manager was very responsive addressed quickly). :-) -middle bedroom w/bath: uncomfortable mattress -kitchen sink; it takes a while to get hot water - 2 dirty white unholstered chairs in kitchen need to be trashed. -trash cabinet in kitchen very dirty. We spent so much time at the beach and boardwalk - with the proximity to the beach, we could go, play and swim, leave our chairs and go back for lunch and then head back out. We usually stay on the south end, but tried this property out for boardwalk access this year. It's pretty ideal for our kids ages (7-12), as all of the action is a brief 5 minute walk. The beach was super convenient and the house had plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to haul it all. The house is well appointed, so my only suggestion is if you want a nice pillow or nonstick pans that arent scratched (as they always are at rental properties) plan to bring your own. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the deck had a great ocean breeze throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Mark B.
