Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, \*\*ONLY 205 sq feet\*\*, but cozy and the layout is laid out nicely to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. \*\*\*\*Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a toddler comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate as many as 5 more guests at our newly renovated condos within the same building (and very close) - pending availability in our schedule! They were too noisy with their hammers, saws, cement cutters, etc. Shouldn't they have been included in the 9-9 quiet hours? Should have been some instructions on how to use the remote for the Roku (?) TV. It's a bummer parking isn't included.The owner was communicative before we checked in. The space is nicely decorated.The room was fairly clean but the bed wasn't the best (we didn't sleep well). We tried contacting the owner during our stay as the cleaning service didn't leave extra toilet paper (we ended up having to buy our own after not hearing from him). There weren't tissues and the wifi didn't work. A dresser or shelves would've been nice. ##### Allison R.
