Well, you’re in luck! This place has everything. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath raised-ranch has a front deck, a beautiful living room, an elegant kitchen, a huge backyard, 6 people sleeping,All the amenities you need (washer/ dryer, dishwasher, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi). New construction! Available for a limited time! The house has lots of great features. The front porch gets a great breeze from the island because there is water on all four sides of the island. The front porch is sunny in the morning and the back patio is sunny in the evening. The inside of the house stays pretty cool all the time. There is a park with water access one block away. There is a coffee shop and a liquor store and a seafood place and two restaurants three blocks away. There is a CVS within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are seven blocks away and less than a ten minute walk. This property turned out to be perfect for our beach vacation with my husband and our 6 year old daughter. The house is very nice and is very close to the beach. We absolutely loved the front porch with a gas grill and comfortable sofas, we spent almost every evening their BBQ-ing. The house is located a few blocks away from a wonderful street that has an excellent breakfast/lunch place (Dorset), an Italian restaurant, and a fantastic ice cream place. We loved all three of those. The property is also about 20 minutes away from Ocean City where you can find several amusement parks and a water park. It is also 10 minutes away from Atlantic City where you can find a brand new indoors water park and a new large arcade at Showboat. Not to mention all other entertainment you can find in Atlantic City for grown ups. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be coming back! ##### Maryna K. It was also very clean and a quiet neighborhood. It was a lovely walk to the boardwalk, even on a cold February morning. There was a small problem with the window shades in the living room, dining room and kitchen. One was broken in half and all of them were stuck in the down position. We were unable to raise them, so it was very dark. We would also have enjoyed having bedside tables and a small reading light in all of the rooms.
