Fall in Ocean City NJ

The weather was great all week. High around 80 with nice breezes. Property is about 4 blocks from ocean and boardwalk. And just 1 block from shopping and eating. Summer visitors are gone so no crowds. This property has nice patios and NO steps which is great for me and my dogs.

Quaint apartment style condo, great locale and nice set-up.

Overall, this is a great rental, very fairly priced, cleaner than most rentals I have been in. My only draw back was parking is tricky for any large SUVs, due to the make up of the neighborhood. Also, great rental for dog people as the rental is directly across from the Tabernacle with lots of grass. Thumbs up! R. Allen

Restful Week

This is our second stay at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Monique is very prompt with responding to any question we might have. The rental is clean and comfortable. It’s proximity to areas to walk with our dog make it ideal for us. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing Vacation!!

It was a great week! Super close to the boardwalk, main drag with restaurants and shops. The only time we had to get in the car was to go to the dog beach, which was right over the bridge. Perfect weather, thank you Monique! I hope we can rent from you again!

Ideal location

The apartment was clean and cozy. I would not consider it a three bedroom, as the third bedroom was just room for a futon and no closet or AC. However the rest of the unit was very clean and comfortable. Close to shopping in the beach there was always plenty to do even if the weather was not perfect. The doggie beach was just over the long port bridge, and used it frequently with my dog. The owner was very accommodating and cooperative at all times. We definitely consider going back again next summer, God willing.

Great location-not cracked up to what we thought

The location is ideal! The porch is large but was moldy. The house is booked as 3 bedrooms which is not correct. 2 small bedrooms and a storage room that fits only a full size futon. Window air conditioning cooled bedrooms and main living area but not kitchen and ‘3rd’ bedroom. ‘3rd’ bedroom leaked from crazy storm and owner had repaired immediately next day. Wires sparked on our porch and was taken care of right away. Noise from tenants above was ridiculously loud. We had to buy ear plugs. Monique was always available when I called with an issue and fixed it within 24 hours. The tenants above is for last 10 days of our stay had small children that were not attended to and left to run late into the night above our unit😩.

Lovely get away

A week at Ocean City in a cozy little beach house was just what we needed. The house is perfectly located to walk to the boardwalk, beach or the shops on Asbury Ave. We spent many hours sitting on the front porch watching the world go by and sipping on cool drinks. The only bad part was having to leave. :)

Great place with all the comforts of home ... it’s centrally located to all the attractions and when u stay at a place like this u soon realize why this is America’s greatest family resort .. my dog loves it just as much how great to include your dog with your vacation

Great location near boardwalk and downtown shops and restaurants.

This place is cute and clean. Dog-friendly, which was great. Nice little park a block away to walk a dog. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very central location for boardwalk and all restaurants and shops downtown. Porch furniture could use some updating. Quite pleased with everything else.

Nice unit, spacious, good flow, great location.

I love Ocean City. Haven't stayed at that end of the island in many years so it was fun being close to town, and lots of great dog walking choices. The rental was nicely done and comfortable.

Just What We Needed!

This was a great September beach rental. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room, friendly neighbors, pet friendly, nice porch for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, convenient to downtown and the boardwalk, about a ten or fifteen minute walk on Sunday morning to church and then Brown's for donuts, five minutes to Wonderland, and even more that I can't think of right now. We had three cars and parked right in front of the house all week long with no problems. Monique was a pleasure to deal with, as were the people living upstairs. The place was clean and inviting and I have nothing but good memories of our stay here. Thank you Monique!

WONDERFUL STAY

It was exactly as advertised - close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The kitchen, master bedroom and living rooms were spacious and well designed. The other rooms were totally functional and bright. There is an outside shower, which we used to clean our dog before re-entering the apartment. We'll book again!

Great September Get-a-Way!

Really enjoyed my stay in this unique and pet-friendly unit! Located in the historic/residential district, the street was both quiet and friendly and convenient to places to walk my dog. The unit was clean and smelled fresh, and every comfort was provided. I enjoyed the décor - old charming building but with a bit of urban flair inside. Monique, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and responsive and flexible in every way. Could not be happier and will definitely stay here again.
