The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Directly downstairs was the waterpark, a bar and of course the arcade. On those rainy days, the family and I spent our time downstairs mini golfing, playing in the arcade as well as skating. We may have picked a week that may not have been best for boardwalk activities, however to have everything in our hotel made it that much more convenient for the family. The 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom suite we stayed in allowed us to have our space from our kids, and the property being so quiet was incredible given the amount of traffic.
