#### Great Condo

My husband, 1 year old son, lab and I started at this condo for a few days. The description and photos were spot on. It was a nice size for just the 3 of us and our black lab. My husband had to work for a couple of the days during our stay and the internet worked great for him. The place was pretty quiet even though there were other guests above us. We were able to walk to most places. The beach was a few blocks away which was great! We also got to speak to Linda and she is just so sweet and really cares for the properties and the families stay in them. She wants to make sure that everyone enjoys themselves, which we did. My family and I would stay here again!

#### Weekend get away

We really enjoyed our stay in Brigantine. This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us! We were able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen and relax outside on the front deck area. It’s a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

#### Great Family Getaway

The location is perfect; within walking distance of the beach as well as restaurants. The condo was clean and well kept. The owners took great care to ensure the unit was stocked with all necessities and made it a point to check in with us during our stay. Will definitely be looking to rent from Rocco and Linda again in the future.

The condo was within walking distance to everything. The beach, shops, and restaurants/eateries were all right there. The condo is good for smaller families. Some of the amenities (outdoor shower, beach chairs to borrow, beach tags, wifi internet, parking) were very key. Fun mini vacation.

#### Clean, great location to beach, accurate description, lovely owners

This rental is the perfect size for 2 to 3 people. It was within walking distance to the beach. The owners truly thought of everything. There is an outdoor shower for returning from the ocean, extra beach chairs, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with supplies. Owners live in the main house and are kind and lovely to talk to. Would return in a heartbeat!!!

The property is exactly as it looks in pics. Hosts were available and easy to access, check-in smooth and they offered for us to check in earlier, which was nice. Beach badges provided, 2 block walk to the beach was convenient. We were 5 adults and stayed 3 nights; cozy but plenty of room for us.

Stayed for a weekend. Was perfect, about 10 mins from casinos and very clean. Only issue was if there is someone staying upstairs it gets quite loud.
