In partnership with the iconic Showboat, CozySuites is proud to offer guests a stylish newly renovated hotel room. This hotel is perfect for not only families, who can enjoy the beach and America's longest boardwalk literally right downstairs, but also a group of friends, who can take advantage of our excellent location!  
  
The Space:  
We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.  
  
This hotel unit is suitable for four, perfect for both leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay alongside direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!

\- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk  
\- Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load

Guest have access to the entire unit and all of the building amenities.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:  
\- Absecon Lighthouse  
\- Atlantic City Aquarium  
\- Marine Mammal Stranding Center  
\- Renaissance Plaza   
\- Brigantine Town Center  
  
Getting Around:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:  
\- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.  
\- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.  
\- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.  
  
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:   
1\. 22 years old for out of town guests  
2\. 25 years old for local guests  
  
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.  
  
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.  
  
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.  
  
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Wonderful room with great views of East-facing beach for viewing the sunrise. Beds were comfy and the microwave and small fridge were enough to meet our needs for two days. Due to it being a holiday, the check in process was chaotic and long, but that’s not a problem with Cozy Suites or VRBO. The location was great, close to the boardwalk and Steel Pier. Wonderful experience overall!

#### Cute with a view

Nice spacious room with a great view of the water (despite a couple of structures in the way). Easy access to many amenities and walking distance from good breakfast places. Communication with management was easy and their responses were prompt. No issues checking in or out. The area surrounding the building is not the best if you like going for long walks in the city but you can easily avoid that by going to the board walk

We liked the view of the ocean. The room was clean but had a funny smell. One set of wash clothes and towels for the 3 nights. We didn't like the fact that we had to empty our garage and buy trash bags. There was no big garbage can on the floor to dispose of the garbage from the room so we have to take it on the elevator down stairs. Refrigerator was very small and hardly keep stuff cold. There was no phone in the room and no ice machine on the floor.

#### Nice hotel room

The rooms look as pictured and were very clean, also had a great view with a big window. We were on the more quiet side of the hotel so it wasn’t as busy as the big part of the hotel which was very nice. Right on the boardwalk and super close to the beach. The parking garage was very confusing , I did end up getting charged $40 for one day even with the discount code and also paid another $25 for the other day we stayed so we only got one day free of parking. There was only one very small trash can in the room which we quickly filled and no other trash bags to use. I searched for a trash deposit area on our floor but it was no where to be found. Ice machine on the floor was out of order which is no fault to the owners of this room.

#### Horrible Experience buyers BEWARE

Seemed as if the hosts replies were automated messages. Room was nothing as pictured and reeked of mildew. Baseboards were Moldy. Door had a corner knocked off you could see through it, walls had cracks in them with paint peeling off. Was promised ocean front but had a city view. When complaining about room host said they would get back to me but never did. I left within 3 hours of check in and found another place to stay for the week. I don’t recommend cozy suits to anyone.
