This is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor.  
  
The Space:  
\*\*This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s).  
  
This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1200 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!

The Neighborhood:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:  
\- Absecon Lighthouse  
\- Atlantic City Aquarium  
\- Marine Mammal Stranding Center  
\- Renaissance Plaza  
\- Brigantine Town Center  
  
Getting Around:  
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:  
\- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.  
\- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.  
\- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.  
  
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:  
1\. 22 years old for out of town guests  
2\. 25 years old for local guests  
  
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.  
  
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.  
  
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.  
  
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

#### Great Condo Units in a Prime Location

This was booked for my family as our vacation before my boys headed off to college. The 2 condo units we booked were across the hall from each other. The units were very clean and offered us a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a living room area. The location inside the Showboat was fantastic as it was within a short walk to the Steel Pier and Hard Rock Cafe Casino & Margaritaville outdoor bar. My boys & their friends enjoyed it as well. The only downside was the dining area in the kitchen was small as my boys are sizable football players. Other than that, it was perfect. We want to book them again in 2022!
