When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hardrock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Absolutely nothing was done about our complaints. No follow up at all from this owner other than an auto-reply text saying they would look into it and respond. No response in 4 days & No money back. And we paid a small fortune to stay in this disaster of a place. The hallway was dated, and carpeting could use a replacement, old smell and dark. The suite was updated and was clean, not enough towels I. The bathroom and need more pillows for the beds. No extras for the pull out couch. There is was no pool and the indoor waterpark is a lot of money ontop of the cost of the suites. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party so 1 tv just didn’t work for us. The room was not as clean as the pictures showed at all!! The floors looked like they were not swept, nor mopped. One of the kids dropped his toy under the sofa. We moved the sofa to get the toy and it was a lot of trash on the floor under the sofa!!!! The walls were dirty, there was a leaning table when you walk in the door. I could go on and on but I won’t. The bed was comfortable though and the shower and toilet were decent.
