When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hardrock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The room had a loose toilet and a smell of sewerage. There was no remote for the tv and only 1 tv overall. 1 of the tubs didn’t drain. Keys did not work after check in. Had to go back. Parking was not setup properly. Had to call garage directly to resolve. Cozy suites did fix some of the issues but not until days had gone by. Boardwalk is a fun place to visit. ##### Larry R.
