This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Although it was nice there was no personality or uniqueness. There was a nice view of the water and the sunrise. Each bedroom had two queen beds and were comfortable. The living room couch was uncomfortable but adequate. Perfect size for family (we had 7 people). Cons: Not enough face cloths, very thin walls, you can hear conversations from everyone near your apartment, from their apartments, had slow drain in one of the bathrooms shower - while taking a shower you were standing in ankle high bath water. Owner did respond immediately to all complaints, all though he wasn't able to rectify the shower, he did send someone to check it out. He did stay in constant contact regarding any and all issues. The shower stayed the same for the whole 4 days - very slow drain. Take your facecloths with you, as well as blankets, there were only 3 face cloths, but the heat and air conditioner worked fine. Lucky Strike arcade is still under some renovations, but was still open. If more than 1 car is in your party, they have to pay $20 per day to park in the garage. They only give you one parking pass. Everything else was very good. Nice size refrigerator, stove, small kitchen sink, pots and pans as well as baking pan, coffee maker and toaster.
