Located in the desirable Downbeach section of Margate City, this house is a dream with a cozy porch, large fenced in yard, and outdoor shower. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.   
  
The bedrooms consist of two first floor bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with 2 full size beds). Two additional bedrooms and one of the full baths are located on the second floor (one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds with trundles).
