The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation, including beach tags, towels, chairs, and an umbrella, which we really appreciated. It was very clean, with nice towels and linens. It made our days by the water super easy and enjoyable.That said, we did experience a few major issues during our stay. The front door was extremely difficult to open and close, to the point that we felt it posed a serious fire hazard. We notified the host right away, and while she did offer to send someone to repair it, we declined since we had just arrived after a 9-hour drive and didn’t want to deal with a major construction project at that time.More concerning was that on our second-to-last morning, while we were having breakfast, the cleaning crew entered the home unannounced—even though we weren’t scheduled to check out until the following day. It was an alarming and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, the host didn’t seem especially apologetic about either issue, which was disappointing.Overall, this property has a lot of potential and is in a fantastic location, but we hope the safety and communication concerns are addressed for future guests ##### Jessica M.
